During the Consultation Phase, we define your goals and discuss how we can bring this to fruition. We use this opportunity to get to know who you are, what you like, and what you want out of the space you want to build. 

At this stage, we identify the range of services we will provide to be able to deliver the results that you want. Making sure we have all the bases covered, we take in all your insights and feedback to be able to draw up the schematic design that captures your ideal space.

The Design Phase is where the client brief comes to life. Drawing inspiration from your vision, our team of design experts will put pen to paper and provide you with the blueprint of a dream space that would seamlessly merge exceptional design with optimum functionality.

Our Design services vary extensively depending on the needs of our clients - from as simple as materials consultation or site planning sketches to a full schematic design with construction documents preparation. Modern has been building in Austin since 1999.  We manage construction and provide general contracting services for pool sites, outdoor living spaces and structures in Austin and surrounding areas.  When a challenge presents itself, you will find us building or managing construction outside of Austin.  We have worked on projects throughout the Caribbean, Indonesia, Australia, Europe, and the United States.
