This is where our collaboration begins. During the Consultation Phase, we define your goals and discuss how we can bring this to fruition. We use this opportunity to get to know who you are, what you like, and what you want out of the space you want to build.
At this stage, we identify the range of services we will provide to deliver the results that you want. Making sure we have all the bases covered, we take in all your insights and feedback to draw up the project cost estimate that captures your ideal space.
design
The Design Phase is where the client brief comes to life. Drawing inspiration from your vision, our team of design experts will put pen to paper and provide you with the blueprint of a dream space that would seamlessly merge exceptional design with optimum functionality.
Our Design services vary extensively depending on the needs of our clients - from as simple as materials consultation or site planning sketches to a full schematic design with construction documents preparation. CONSTRUCTION
Real work begins during the Construction Phase. More than just breaking ground, Construction encompasses planning, coordinating, budgeting and supervising of the project from start to finish. It isn’t for the faint of heart, and that’s where Modern’s expertise comes in handy. Having been doing this since 2000, we know what it takes to take on the challenges of construction management in and around Austin.
Through the years, our work has even taken us outside of Austin city limits and has given us the opportunity to do construction projects in the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Australia, and France.
Our projects usually start at $80,000. We work closely with our clients to ensure we are able to deliver their vision, all within an agreed budget that they’ll be comfortable to invest in the project.
