modern pools, inc. was hired to design and build the community pool to fit the style of the lodge in the Spanish Oaks Community in 2007. This book represents the timeline of construction for the Olympic lap pool for the community. This included a sandy beach and grotto with plenty of lounge area throughout the pool. modern pools, inc. was hired to design and build a large pool designed around a wedding venue "bed & breakfast" style retreat for clients & friends of this family. This book represents the timeline of construction for the pool. The project scope included a deep swimming hole, game pool, geyser & plenty of outdoor living areas throughout the pool & deck to entertain guests.
