modern pools, inc. was hired to design and build the community pool to fit the style of the lodge in the Spanish Oaks Community in 2007. This book represents the timeline of construction for the Olympic lap pool, including a sandy beach and grotto with plenty of lounge area throughout the pool. Westlake Outdoors is another project that came from collaborating with the architects on their original pool design, which led to modern designing and building all of the outdoor spaces on the property.
